This class is IN PERSON at Granite Links in Quincy. In order to qualify for special mortgage products and other programs you will need to attend this class and complete an online module. Refreshments will be served. Please do not bring any guests to the class as space is limited. Only registered participants will allowed in the classroom.

This is a virtual class via Zoom class. Zoom links are sent the day before or day of class, not sooner. To receive CHAPA and HUD certification Participants will be required to complete an online program in addition to the webinar classes. An email with a class link and instructions for the online portion will be sent to all registered participants. This training provides first-time homebuyers with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing. The interactive workshops involve detailed presentations from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and fair housing specialist. If homebuyers attend 8 hours of class time, they earn a certificate that gives access to specialized mortgage products and other benefits and discounts, including additional training. Pre-registration for this class is required.

Esta es una clase virtual la cual será completada en tres días a través del programa Zoom comenzando Septiembre 15, 2026, 6:00 PM a 9:30 PM. La segunda parte será Septiembre 17, 2026, 6:00 PM a 9:30 PM y la última sesión de esta clase será Septiembre 22, 2026, de 6:00 PM a 9:30 PM. Se enviará un correo electrónico con las instrucciones de esta clase en línea a todos los participantes registrados. This is not a first-time homebuyer class, the certificate from this class will NOT give you access to down payment assistance or mortgage products.
